The Office is led by the Director of Academic Support Services and performs the following functions:

• To head Students Welfare and Administration Directorate;,To supervise the Welfare and general Management of Students at the Institute according to the laid down Regulations;
• To offer guidance and counselling services to all needy students;
• To develop appropriate Strategies for anticipating, controlling and managing conflicts;
• To recommend and develop an appropriate policy of worship for the entire student's;
• To manage an acceptable code of conduct and morality for students;
• To manage the physical fitness program for students;
• To coordinate the Management of student's Council;
• To act as Counsellor to all students with academic social and health challenges in collaboration with academic advisors;
• To assist the Rrctor in enforcement of Students by laws; and
• To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor;
